Around March of 2010, at the age of 43, I finally decided to do something healthy and joined Full Circle DoJang, a martial arts school in Wanamassa, NJ (in Monmouth County.) I also quit smoking. These were the best decisions of my life and I couldn't have done one without the other.
Today (9/3/2011) I'm a green belt Tae Kwon Do. Both my sons, Logan (7) and Chris (almost 10), are members as well.
